SC CLEARS ALL HURDLES FOR NEET PASSESD STUDENTS FOR ADMISSION IN PVT MEDICAL COLLEGES

   There is  an industry of thousand crores black money in admitting MBBS and PG students in so many private medical colleges recently opened like mushroom by big politicians and industralists with hidden share of bureaucrats,doctors  and judges where black money of about 1 crore capitation fee was charged for MBBS seat and 2-4 crores for PG seats of medical science.Here ordinary and weak students are admitted only on basis of all arranged fake examinations only if they can pay in black crores but as Supreme Court intervened government has to bring NEET examinations for both UG and PG students but even after this many state high courts came to hold either NEET or its result so that process can be delayed and these colleges can admit students by capitation fee.

           Secondly many state government to serve their political boss & Bureaucrats  running PVT medical Colleges  brought law in their assembly to block NEET ,many deemed universities simply did not accept it saying these are free to do what they like.Many colleges refused admission to NEET passed selected students as delay in depositing their cheque or reporting late.All such hurdles created so that PVT Colleges can admit students by black capitation fee in crores by hidden door.Many Pvt Medical Colleges will be closed  and no new application for opening a Medical college will come if admission will be regulated,fee will be decided.Ghost faculty and fake patient and facility  lists will be discarded by a honest MCI whose honestly is still doubted and is still considered  corrupt by public,media and honest parliamentarian as SC appointed oversight committee questioned MCI this time too as why it send many inspectors to 20-40 times to inspect colleges Violating norm of 3 inspections by an inspector,usually grant permission to PVT colleges by bribe in crores totally overlooking Ghost faculty,prepared fake lists of patients treated in opd and ipd and all fabricated lists of ground facilities for education and treatment. 

                Not only in Medicine,Education is a hot spot business industry in our country ,many deemed universities having so many faculties like all undergraduate and post graduate streams of Arts,Science, Commerce,Management,law,computer application,journalism,fashion designing etc run in a small building where degrees are simply distributed in exchange of money in a form of fee in lacs.Engineering,ITI, Nursing,paramedical,B.Ed.M.Ed,architect etc have been opened like grossary and fruits and vegetable shops where one teacher teaches and students simply get degree in exchange of money,examinations are only for name and shake.even now PHD are sold openly by many big universities ,so education sector is almost a fraud to earn crores.Startup,skill India programmes are simple eye wash where top rich businessmen and politicians have opened such institutes to siphon crores from government,no change where it is UPA or NDA Government.It is shame for our country but who cares every body wants to earn.

                   Recent Notification from Supreme Court has ordered to clear all such hurdles faced by Neet cleared students in getting admission for MBBS or PG in private medical colleges.It ordered that The NEET Counselling for 15% All India Quota undergraduate MBBS/BDS seats will be undertaken by the Director General of Health Services (DGHS). The Medical Counselling Committee will soon be releasing the schedule of counselling after the NEET 2017 result declaration. As far as counselling at state level is concerned, the states would be releasing the same soon. Medical colleges in a particular state have 85% seats for the native students and 15% (All India Quote) seats for the students from other states. counselling (after NEET 2017 results)will now also include Deemed Universities as they have an All India Character. The Deemed Universities also include the ones run by religious and linguistic minorities.

            It directed all states to do state wise counselling for their seats.While the counselling for the AIQ Seats (15% in each medical institution) for MBBS 2017-18 will be conducted by the DGHS, the state counselling for the rest of the seats i.e. 85% in government and private medical institutions including those run by religious and linguistic minorities with the state university affiliation will be undertaken by the state government or the education authority appointed by the state government. Counselling will be processed in two phases indicating that the seat allotment will happen twice.

                        it directed all colleges to allow admission to students who cleared NEET and selected by counselling /Lately it was observed that when a student reports to the college after the counselling, he or she is not given the admission by that college informing the authority that the student never visited. If the Demand Draft (DD) is deposited by the admission / counselling committee then there would be no scope for colleges to refuse admission to any student. Now a student, upon getting admission in MBBS through the common counselling, would pay the DD to the Admission/Counselling Committee that will in turn forward the DD to the respective college.Colleges will publish the list of students admitted in college with fee taken by them and MCI will monitor it.It directs state health ministry to assigning  fee of pvt colleges as after NEET many colleges have kept teaching fee in crores in name of deemed university. Many poor students were not taking admissions and left out seats were sold in black with hugh capitation.

                     It directed The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will be releasing the NEET 2017 results this week on its website keeping aside Gujrat and Madras high court order on ground of language,leaked papers etc. Once the results are announced, the students who get the qualifying marks will appear for the All India Quota counselling to be organized by the DGHS or respective States
