Since Surrogacy BIll has been drafted and passed by Cabinet for Placement in Both house of parliament through Parliament Select committee where parliamentarians will call many experts before finally drafting the bill but  most doctors who are opposing are attached with surrogacy clinic which has got a business of 3000 crores withmore than 3000 clinics with turn over of many clinic 200-300 babies in a year.       For them it is a top class business of 20-60 lakhs from one patient as foreigner Gay/single/rich /celebity or socalled industralists /busineessmen having babies but money want for pleasure  another boy or baby  by  purchasing  another womb,purchasing surrogacy women"s womb for their pleasure and agents/brokers/ marketing team of these top clinics or BIG Tertiary caring Hospitals of our Metro cities or bug town or Cities,do every work,just pay money even no need to pay any attention who is surrogate mother,what will happen to her after birth of baby whether adequately treated and paid after birth of baby,they are concerned till baby is born,once health baby or male baby comes they takes if not leave baby here and return to their countries But Government is for all ,Government cant  allow her mothers or women to be purchased like this as in salavary period ,Govt has been bound to bring this bill as no options left as persons having children want surrogacy for male child as Sahrukh khan and many single,transgender ,gay come to India from US,Australia,Germany ,France and UK as it is banned there or their cost in dollars is so high so in name of Medical Tourism in 15-20 lacs to have it in India,as here poors can be easily purchased .It is true that many women do come for surrogacy but many also forced to come for such profession or accept it as it is easily available for example if  robbery not punished many may adapt robbery, same way many adapt Surrogacy  by pressure too or as easy money comes so many choose surrogacy but many do it repeatedly destroying their hope of having their own baby as multiple caesarian sections done for delivery of baby as surrogate mother's womb is cut before expected date of delivery Vaginal delivery is almost never done as they want baby very healthy so they think  vaginal delivery may asphyxiate or damage the baby,so no risk CUT MOTHER AS SHE IS PAID AS AN ANIMAL BEFORE TIME . Many young girls donate ovum and get  multiple hormones injections for oocyte maturation and release and then it is picked by ART Gynaecologists same way many GOOD PRESERVED EMBROYS are sold openly by many ART clinics in lakhs so whole process of ART and surrogacy is nothing but business.Most Gynaecologist give these Hormonal injections to EGG Donors or Surrogate Mothers themselves after  directly purchasing from Medical /Drug/Pharma Companies through Medical Representatives in a price about 30-50% less than their retail price so so much money in Lakhs are earned in medications too,even at big hospitals as these medicines are sold on their sale some percentage given by such paharma companies to Gynaecologist or Big Hospitals give them costly jwellery or cars or foreign trips for such high volume of business in crorers (Even Gynaecologist/Emroyologists scientific sessions in Five star hotels in their city or abroad or their movement abroad or in India by air and their stay in 5 star hotels even with family is financed by such Medical /Pharma companies as they earn a profit of 80 to 1 lacs in a single patient) Many ultrasounds,Blood tests are done where a commission of 20-50% cut is paid to these Gynaecologist,same way Nursing home Big Hospitals pay them heavy cuts or share for doing such work beside their legal professional fee so it is a pure business where a doctor earns from medicines,labs,diagnostic radiological centres, hospitals, surrogacy centres or Tourist /Travel companies and resorts where Foreign tourist move and stay . Every body is seeing own benefit by providing poor women as Commidity so it is duty of State/nation to see POOR WOMEN'S  welfare too, a poor womb cant be allowed a saleable item as commodity by allowing COMMERCIAL SURROGACY where if female child or diseased baby born then is left with mother in many cases as stated by our MEA Minister Mrs Sushma Swaraj.Brokers/Agents/dalals pay surrogate mothers very less and often cheat them.        That is why Kidney Racket was caught as less money was paid to one donor ,mismatched kidney transplants from donors other than family members or twins or relatives in kidney racket was done using high immunosupressanst .Kidney Racket has laid down the head of every doctor in shame however we or associations as IMA,ASI,API,Urological.Nephrological Society protect such doctors saying that they are innocent saying how they can know whether realtives are true or not it is duty of ethics committee of Hospitals but we know every doctor doing transplant knows every fact of patient same way every gynaecologist knows who are coming in her surrogacy clinic how surrogate mothers choosen,treated and paid as Doctor is the head of unit and rest all work under her/him either direct empolyee as commission agent or broker or under big hospitals as staff well protected by mangement of these hospitals as it is a businees of 50-60 lacs no big hospital want to loose it rather advertise badly to get such business in tv,radio,newspaper or send agents or touts to docotors for referral giving them cut money killing every medical ethics.Even they force every member of Ethics committee to sign every paper and clear every case and do every case forcing surgeons(or they do get 2-4 lakkhs for a case and so use 2-3 transpant in a day sugh hugh income who can loose it so every ethics is broken) to use higher doses of multiple Immuno supressants as after all money is important as business of 20-80 lakhs in a single case of KIDNEY / LIVER TRANSPLANT ,That is why hardly few transplants done in Government sectors as no money or only few Cadaveric transplants done ,same way where is surrogacy in Government set up ? no as no money , Doctor should refrain from earning money by filthy way as surrogacy or kidney/ liver transplant by purchasing donors.If relative or near by some person without commercial sense comes we should do it,these should be allowed to  really needy infertile persons as govt said, years of marriage may be less as 03 instead of 05 and scope of realitive finding may be extended but commercial surrogacy or kidney and liver transplantation to buy donor by money must be stopped as so much money is coming from foreign in this illicit trade as most surrogacy or kidney transplant done for an income of 30-60 lacs by big hospitals in india so every unethical things are done where doctors know everything but when caught becomes innocent as Dr Shivani as IVF expert in New Delhi (Case filed by a foreigner) or many other transplant surgeons booked in Apollo Delhi/ Chennai?Mumbai  for doing illegal things as it has shamed whole medical community and we or our organisations should not protect them.
