Stress, God and We
In as much as the misunderstanding and misinterpretation of “I am Brahma” are responsible for the subsequent indolence and indifference to mainstream life and false self contentment and self righteousness, the misunderstanding and misinterpretation of the concept of “God” by the so called theists or believers; are responsible for the parasitic helplessness and inaction.

I could understand this role of these misinterpretations and misunderstandings; when I looked into myself; and realized the necessity of NAMASMARAN; even more intensely!

It is high time; we realize for our own blossoming, that God is an experience of self realization and not a matter of paranoid beliefs and delusions, with respect to His role in day to day individual gains and losses; as clearly stated in the 5th chapter of Gita. God is a phenomenon within; and has to be explored and experienced; that is all. It is like the freshness one experiences after bath. We do not believe or preach the others to believe in the experience of freshness!

NAMASMARAN empowers us to be self sufficient and self reliant and in the course of time helps us; meet or merge with (yoga) our true self; and we get inspired in terms of holistic perspective, policy making, plans, programs and their implementation, in personal and social life.

NAMASMARAN also frees us from fanatic and regimentalized paradigms and we begin to appreciate that; the needs (normal and physiological i.e. conducive to self realization) of individuals and societies; vary at different stages; and in different circumstances of life; and also as per individual variations; thus; beliefs, struggles, protests, philanthropy, reservations, escapism etc. have a place in individual and society, as per the degree of evolution.

Stress, Laws and We
The stress is universal. It is ubiquitous. It is natural. It is inseparable from life. However; if it is not managed properly then it becomes detrimental to individual and global blossoming and even survival. Hence it has to be managed properly.

Stress has been managed in many ways for millennia. The ways of stress management have been changing as the life and the nature of stress have been changing. Since the nature of life is vast and complex the nature of stress is also vast and complex. Hence the traditions, customs, conventions, commandments, decrees, laws, rules, regulations, administration, etiquettes and manners; on the one hand; and scientific inventions, discoveries, artistic creations and other modes of elevating, exhilarating, entertaining, consoling and soothing life on the other; have limitations in terms of stress management (even though they have contributed tremendously in stress management; in the past)!

All these ways of stress management can come closer to accuracy and hence achieve greater effectiveness if they spring from and are coordinated and orchestrated by ever renewed self realization i.e. cosmic consciousness, in the new generations!

In fact, self realization i.e. merging with cosmic consciusness; enables us to express the enlightenment in every walk of life so that above said coordination, orchestration and harmonization in every field through out the world becomes possible. In other words individual and global stress management (Total Stress Management) becomes possible.

Everything other than NAMASMARAN; “marketed and sold”, “hyped and imposed” and “glorified and infused”; for “stress management or stress relaxation”; such as meditation techniques, rituals, equipments, commodities etc.; are subjective, escapist, sectarian, ad hoc, superficial and hence in absence of NAMASMARAN, either counterproductive or useless or at best temporarily beneficial (palliative symptomatic).


The way for merging with cosmic consciousness is NAMASMARAN.

It is true that thousands of people are practicing NAMSMARAN and many of them are merging with cosmic consciousness and expressing their enlightenment in various walks of life. But this practice of NAMASMARAN i.e. process of self realization has to be universal so that the laws governing the universal life become conducive to self realization i.e. individual and global blossoming.

In the field of law, there are; many laws, which are coercive, restrictive, throttling, suffocating and create hindrance to individual and global blossoming on one hand; and many laws conducive to individual and global blossoming; are grimly missing; on the other!

The laws regarding education, health, agriculture, industries and son should be such that they enhance self realization i.e. individual and global blossoming. In brief;

1. Self realization, holistic (universal) perspective, policy making, planning and execution
2. Concepts of Holistic health Holistic Medicine
3. Production of daily utilities or any feasible and useful products
4. Plantation of medicinal herbs (or whatever suitable or feasible plants)
5. Inculcation of the demerits, disadvantages and dangers of laws and regulations leading to “individualistic and consumerist progress” that includes e.g. unabated felling of trees, excessive production and marketing of personal transport vehicles and barbaric and brutal slaughtering of animals
must be part of all kinds of education.

Stress Management or A Lie?
Apart from the ills and evils in our life and society, those irritate or put you off, the very fact that you can not do
any thing makes you miserable.

You then try to compensate it with alcohol or flattery from stooges and feel great but only to recoil back to
feeling of uselessness.

You may feel while practicing NAMASMARAN; that you are wasting your time out of helplessness; and
glorifying it as spiritual practice! This feeling of yours is horrible!

This is due to overwhelming and unrealistic influence of surroundings compounded by media.

The vicious cycle of defective perception, feelings and actions leads to perpetual misery.

But persisting with and being firm with the practice of NAMASMARAN orients you to your true self.

Stress of a Mission
The arts, science, business, skills and such many human endeavors are ultimately traceable to the absolute or cosmic consciousness in every heart.

But the only activity that springs directly from and merges directly into; or is rather inseparable from the absolute/cosmic consciousness; is NAMASMARAN.

NAMASMARAN; gives us the fulfillment; which is impossible; by any thing else. The fulfillment of NAMASMARAN is truly more than that; which we get from any romantic excitement, material achievement, or realization of any possible ambition, dream or aspiration.

(I was never convinced about what I am writing; till I actually experienced what I am writing. I always; though unknowingly and subconsciously; thought that if more people read, understand, appreciate and bring into practice the ideas of total stress management, then individual and global blossoming would soon follow. As a result, I have made many useless and counterproductive compromises, which I otherwise would never have chosen to, or opted for).

In the course of our practice of NAMASMARAN it becomes clear that; the writing on the wall; by virtue of it being the will of the cosmic wisdom; would come true; irrespective of whether the people are “able to”, or “oblige to” read, appreciate or practice what we write! This sublime and ecstatic experience literally takes us beyond this kind of stress; while simultaneously multiplying our zeal and zest!

This is the “non material” and hence “non tangible” “fruit” or “gain” of NAMASMARAN that is beyond one’s expectation!

When Gita asks us to work without expectation of fruit, She implies that our action (and not the fruit) determines the merit of our life. The result or fruit can ensue after extremely variable time; and can not be qualified or measured and quantified, especially if it is like the “fruit” of NAMASMARAN!

The “fruit” of NAMASMARAN; while taking us beyond the stress caused by the “burden of a mission”; endows us with unconditioned solace, dignity, ultimate security, fulfillment and empowerment to enjoy our mission (superliving), irrespective of (theoretically all, but practically; at least; most of the factors in the internal and external surroundings)!

Stress, Writing and Reading
As and when one gets the intense urge to share one’s desires, passions, needs, feelings, thoughts, imaginations, intuitions, dreams and convictions; one is motivated; to talk, sing, dance, write, paint etc.

The activity of sharing becomes a pleasurable lifeline! This activity of sharing gives immense pleasure, when it is easy. Thus sharing of passions of food, sexual gratification, traveling; sentiments of love, care etc; and aspirations such as money, power, publicity etc; are easily shared. The feelings of anger, revenge, insecurity, fear etc are also easily shared. One can get gratification from such sharing, though it fades through time and one is left to bask in the glory of bygone past, or get depressed!

But sharing the aspirations of welfare of universe is very difficult to articulate and share effectively. This is because such aspirations have a relatively weak physiological substrate or template in the brain, in the form of cerebral cortex; as against the other aspirations which are strongly supported by subcortical structures in the brain.

The TOTAL STRESS MANAGEMENT (not merely the individual stress, tensions etc and their ad hoc, reductionist and escapist stress management or stress relaxation) is therefore; very difficult to articulate and share! The concept, scope and potentials of NAMASMARAN are also difficult to articulate and share smoothly and pleasurably!

In as much as the sharing (studying, practicing, talking, reading, writing etc) the TOTAL STRESS MANAGEMENT form part of TOTAL STRESS MANAGEMENT, it does not produce instant results and hence is not as gratifying as the sharing of other things is! One has to keep on sharing while constantly and continuously remembering that; even though the TOTAL STRESS MANAGEMENT is the holistic and most urgent solution to universal stress, it is very difficult to comprehend, appreciate and practice! This remembrance makes one; patient, buoyant and strong enough; to victoriously pursue the practice and sharing of TOTAL STRESS MANAGEMENT without getting depressed and frustrated.
