I am the Director of Thoracic Surgery and Thoracic Surgical Oncology for the Fortis-Escorts Network in Delhi and National Capital Region.
I am an expert in Thoracic Surgery with special expertise in Lung and other chest cancers and in esophageal and gastric Cancers. I am also one of the foremost persons in the field of minimally invasive Thoracic Surgery, also known as VATS.
I have trained in premier cancer institutions in the UK and USA and have been a Faculty at the ALL INDIA INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES, NEW DELHI before joining the Fortis Group. Our department is the only dedicated Thoracic Surgery Department in North India performing all thoracic surgical procedures(approximately 400 cases every year with results matching international results) and are backed up by one of the best anaesthesia and critical care teams
