Recently, I was asked if NAMASMARAN can be effective to overcome depression.
I replied, "I am not an authority either on depression or on NAMASMARAN.
But the enlightened authorities say that NAMASMARAN is a PANACEA and effective in individual and universal blossoming and the final liberation!"
The best way is to verify for oneself by visiting and/or staying in places like Gondavale and/or simply practicing NAMASMARAN!

Student: Sir, don,t you feel hurt if and when people malign you? Don't you worry about your secrets being opened in public?
Teacher: I used to to get hurt far more than today. Same is true about my secrets!
But now I realize that nothing pure excepting the sacred name of God.So; even if I am blamed and maligned to any extent, it does not matter.
Secondly as regards my secrets, even if they are opened, it would be as a result of God's desire! It is acceptable to me!
Ultimately; I accept every wrong committed or even speculated knowingly or unknowingly ; and welcome any chastisement for it.
But NAMA is absolute truth and absolutely pure and NAMASMARAN is the supreme way of individual and universal blossoming!

The ultimate definition of health is realization of the immortal self experienced usually as unshakable and complete fulfillment or satisfaction. Hence, obviously; the best time to start promotion of such health is right from the time of conception.
How?
