The way private Medical colleges started a byussiness of thousand crores black money, was primarily based on two things, one was admitting students against black bribe of one crore for MBBS and 3-4 crores for PG seats which was blocked by NEET EXAMINATION but still many Colleges Has admitted students taking black bribe with lower rank and after expired date of admission in back date, until MCI like Puducherry investigate admission of every student rank wise and students asked to write on College site how they were admitted, what fees taken ? such corruption will continue .

Second many Medical Colleges were recognised with very poor infrastructure of lecture halls, diffenrent instruments and apparatus in different laboratory,OTs,ICUs and differenet departments with adequate staffs and Teaching doctors and enough patients in OPD and IPD sothat students can learn but all these need a hugh investments and recurring cost.It has been alleged in media that  Many Medical colleges were recognised with ghost teaching faculties on papers, preparing list of excessive patients and falsely accepting all infrastructures except pointing deficiency for insignificant 2-3 irregularity by MCI Inspectors against bribe of lacs or crores as Ex MCI President arrested by CBI taking bribe of crores and recently Oversight committee told SC that many inspectors were sent for inspectiong more than 20-40 colleges where on can inspect only 03 Colleges maximum.

It's second proof came as CBI has arrested a colonel of the Army Medical Corps, an MCI clerk and two others for alleged bribery of Rs 10 lakh for leaking information related to inspections of medical colleges and recognition of seats by the country's medical education regulator.Col Ajay Kumar Singh, empanelled as an assessor in the Medical Council of India (MCI), was nabbed after a middleman was caught receiving Rs 10 lakh from two hawala operators on his behalf, a CBI spokesperson said here today.
The agency has also arrested Santosh Kumar, a lower division clerk in the MCI, and two middlemen -- Sushil Kumar and Sachin Kumar, the official said. Sushil Kumar was supposed to carry the bribe money on behalf of the colonel. All the four accused have been sent to five days' CBI custody by a special court here.

CBI registered an FIR against the four arrested accused and B Ramachandhiran, chairman, Sri Venkateshwaraa Medical College and Research Centre, Puducherry. The agency carried out searches at nine locations in Delhi, Puducherry and Chennai, including the residences of Singh, the medical college and offices of two hawala operators, he said.CBI sources said Rs 2 crore was recovered during the searches.
According to the CBI FIR, MCI clerk Santosh Kumar was in regular contact with Ramachandhiran and shared sensitive information regarding the council. He was also allegedly helping him with respect to some administrative matter regarding inspections and approvals related to the medical college.
"Kumar was also in regular touch with Colonel Singh of AMC, who was empanelled as an assessor with the MCI for inspecting various medical colleges," the CBI FIR has alleged."They are engaging with the owners or management of medical institutions for obtaining huge periodical illegal gratification," the CBI has alleged. News covered widely all over India by Electrionic, Print  & Social Media.

In another case suspending and preventing orthopaedician for practice in Mumbai for not renewing  MCI Registeration with Maharasthtra State Council ,High Court stayed this order ruling MCYI cant do it without prior notice to every doctor every 05 years.

Will MCI and it's office bearer take lesson from such incidences? as it has laid down credibility of our prestigious regulating body to a very low ebb.
