 A NATIONAL WIDE compaign Doctors and their associations like IMA and many Bureaucrats as ex health and naco secretary dr rao has opposed Nationa medical commission replacing MCI which is no doubt corrupt and cant fullfill its fairness to bring transparency in medical education and is tainted for recognising many private medical colleges with fake patients and ghost faculties with little infrastructures so they could sell mbbs seat in 1 crore and pg seat for 4-5 crore doing a black business of thousand crores in name of Medical Education but MCI is a democratic body consist of doctors from all states although its top office beareres are descent of Dr Ketan desai so has been exposed by many sting operations that their working is highly questionable and they have done   irreversibly damage  Medical education by either earning crores as black money or to please their bureauctatic or political  bosses by whose mercy they being elected in state mci and that is why now Ashok Panagariya chairman of Niti Ayog a very shrewd and greedy politicians who have come to India from USA(who crticises India badly when he was serving in USA earning US dollars ) for earning crores made a bill to introduce Bureaucrats in regulation for Medical education and Doctors ,to earn crores he and his team (all bogus economist enjoy tax man money and spent crores taking high salary move by airs and do meetings in 5 star hotels) has allowed Pvt medical college to keep fee of Medical education high as they like upto 60% seats and no medical college will be barred only thing if it pays penalty to government for any offence for 3 yrs and black money to NMC bosses ,an IAS or IPS appear once in examinations and many selected as on reserved seats with little knowledge and many by so called viva voice where favoritism done to examinne by examiners on pressure by politicians,money and bureaucrats BUT THEY NEVER APPEAR IN ANY EXAMINATION FURTHER AND THEY DO ALL JOBS WITHOUT ANY PRESURE AS KING OR QUEEN BUT A POOR DOCOTR WHO IS ALWAYS TESTED BY EVERY PATIENT IN CLINICAL PROBLEMS AS NO ONE REGARD DOCTOR IF DISEASE IS NOT CURED BUT THESE TAINTED BUREAUCRATS WHO CANT BE DOCTOR AS MANY POOR STUDENTS SO COULD NOT CRATE PMT IN THEIR SCHOOL COLLEGE TIME BUT NOW BEING IAS/IPS WANT TO REGULATE DOCTORS BEING CHAMCHA AND ORDER BEARER SERVANT OF OUR POLITICIANS.   But still, a recent report in Hindu, confirms the same stating that NITI Aayog on Thursday met representatives from 20 States to hold discussion on the overhaul of the MCI. The meeting was chaired by its Vice-Chairman, Arvind Panagariya. It is reported that majority of the states have given a positive nod towards recommendations of the government appointed NITI Aayog panel, which calls for the replacement of the medical council of India with the National Medical Commission. “Most States were on board with the recommendations given by the Aayog. One of the significant proposals is that instead of just one chairman of the new regulatory body, there should be some members also. Also, the States have asked for more representation in the commission,” an official aware of the meeting told the daily. Along with this, during the meeting it has been proposed that a consultative committee be formed, whose function will be to advise the commission.  The suggestions  of the meeting, however, will notbe binding on the commission. The next step is for the panel to chalk out the final recommendations ( keeping in mind the suggestions received from the states as well as the general public). These final recommendations will be then sent to the PM for approval, following which the bill will be introduced in the parliament.
