  • Osteoporosis: It is mainly caused by the loss of an important mineral that is present in the bone thereby making it fragile and ultimately leading to fracture. Due to this type of spinal pain, usually the patient loses height, become stooped and even have a humped back. 
  • Herniated disc: It is the rupture of the disc and occurs when the gel-like center erupts through  the protective disc wall.

Unfortunately, pain is something that we neglect to manage , and it soon becomes an inseparable part of our life.India is lagging behind in not only how pain is perceived but also the way it is treated.
