schizophrenia treatment

Dear pshychiatrist friends

i would like to know from you the recent advances in treatment and rehabilitaion of schizophrenia patients.

my brother who himself is a doctor is having this problem, has ups and downs in the disease and hardly working continuously

Lots of advance in schizophrenia treatment. Patient can lead normal life with help of newer drugs. The newer drugs available are Paliperidone,Amisulpiride,Olanzapine and Aripiprazole to name a few.
