NGO files review petition against NEET Judgmenton Tuesday, August 6, 2013 

New Delhi: A review petition was filed on Monday against the majority judgment of the Supreme Court scrapping the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). The petition has been filed by an NGO, Sankalp. Advocate Prashant Bhushan would be representing the petitioner.

In the petition, it has been contended that the Supreme Court in the impugned judgment failed to consider the law laid down by the larger benches in P A Inamdar Vs State of Maharashtra, [(2005) 6 SCC 537] and Preeti Srivastava (Dr) Vs State of MP, [(1999) 7 SCC 120].

The Supreme Court had vide its judgment on July 18 quashed the notifications issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI) and the Dental Council of India (DCI) prescribing NEET for admission to graduate and postgraduate medical and dental courses. 

JUDGEMENT SHOULD BE BLIND BUT HERE FAVOURED AND WAS BLIND TO WHOLE GALAXY OF STUDENTS AND YOUTH WHO WANTED TO BE A DOCTOR .OUR GOVERNMENT DID PROMISE TO FILE REVIEW PETITION BUT THERE IS A DELAY ,LET US SEE IV VESTED INTEREST OR NO,A STUDENT IS LOOSING CAREER,PRESTIGIOUS YEAR,HIS HARD LABOR ,WILL OUR GOVERNMENT AND ADMINISTRATOR WILL RAISE ABOVE THEIR VESTED INTEREST TO RICH THE RICHER PRIVAATE MEDICAL COLLEGES RUN BY POLITICIANS AND ALMIGHTY BUREAUCRATS AND ADMINISTRATOR AS BEHIND THE CURTAIN PARTNER.ALSO JOIN A DOCTOR FORUM LAUCHED BY PGI CHANDIGARH TO FIGHT SUCH UNPOPULAR AND CRUCIFYING JUDGEMENT OF CANCELLATION OF "NEET EXAMINATION".
