How to Improve Body Language: Dr. Shriniwas Kashalikar
Body language is significant to communication and relationships. It is relevant to management and leadership in business and also in places where it can be observed by many people. Some people are rejected, in spite of great communication skill; because body language, which is non-spoken, reveals much about the deeper and hidden passions, feelings and motives to others; on both a conscious and unconscious levels.
Steps
We convince ourselves that body language determines the harmony and hence successful transactions in every field of life.
We are determined to improve all the aspects of body language; such as facial expression, involuntary movements, associated movements, body posture and expression in our eyes.
We realize that we need to rectify for example; timid facial expressions, anxious involuntary and associated movements, diffident body posture or ulterior motives in our eyes, which cannot be done by acting and/or histrionics.
We realize that a practice of meditation; which is time tested and frees us from the burden of pettiness called NAMASMARAN, can accomplish the blossoming of our entire being and rectify all the aspects of our body language; as a byproduct of over all blossoming!
We begin the practice of NAMASMARAN, which means reciting or remembering a name of anybody or any entity we respect revere maximally! This name actually implies our innate or true SELF, which is distinct from our ego, whims and fancies.
As we go on practicing every day; we become stronger and do not yield to damaging influences of the environment inside and outside. We do not become meek or arrogant. We do not become helpless or maniacal. We begin to emanate the radiance of our SELF!
Every interaction including that between a father and son, husband and wife, teacher and student, vendor and customer; turns out to be a "win win" and hence most satisfying situation.

• How is body language improved by NAMASMARAN?
• Subjective positivity, which reflects arrogance, pride, gratification of cheap entertainment, personal achievements and produces jealousy or feeling of inferiority; disappears. Subjective negativity, which reflects; depression, anguish, frustration, diffidence and produces disappointment and melancholy; also disappears.
• How does this happen?
• NAMASMARAN fills our inner world with feelings which are objectively i.e. selflessly positive. They are universally welcomed and cherished! They empower the inner world of others; without any efforts on our part!
Warnings
• NAMASMARAN involves no expenses, no publicity and acclaim, no aggrandizement, no fanfare and no glamor and glitter.
• There are no magical results.
• Hence we are likely to lose interest in it; and get lost from the sure way to ultimate fulfillment.
