WHY DO WE WRITE? DR. SHRINIWAS KASHALIKAR
WHY DO WE WRITE? DR. SHRINIWAS KASHALIKAR

It may be because;
1. We can not resit writing,
2. We have nothing else to do,
3. We are passionately keen to express and interact,
4. We want to share our passions, urges, feelings, hobbies, interests, ideas etc and get endorsement; and come together/organize/serve some mission,
5. We want to overcome loneliness,
6. We want to project or promote ourselves; and get accolades and gratify our ego,
7. We need emotional solace,
8. We have business interest,
9. We have all these reasons in different proportions,
10. We have other reasons, which we don't know

Be that as it may; expressing and sharing; TOTAL STRESS MANAGEMENT and NAMASMARAN; has been most fulfilling; even though occasionally met with skepticism, hostility, humiliation and condemnation.

NAMASMARAN (JAP, JAAP, JIKRA, SUMIRAN, SIMARAN i.e. SELF RECOLLECTION) AND WE: DR. SHRINIWAS KASHALIKAR

1. A self realized person is one with NAMA, the source of universe.
2. Less enlightened ones; are throughout in the practice of NAMASMARAN.
3. Lesser enlightened ones; yearn to be in NAMASMARAN more intensely; and for longer time.
4. Still less enlightened ones; while practicing NAMASMARAN for
some time of the day; opt to; express NAMA through art, writing, speech and other activities of propagating NAMASMARAN.
5. Still lesser enlightened ones; practice NAMASMARAN; for personal gains.
6. Still less enlightened ones; do "acting" or "show" of NAMASMARAN.
7. Least enlightened ones; do not practice; and are ignorant, and/or neutral about NAMASMARAN.
8. Those in total darkness of fanaticism; despise and/or condemn NAMASMARAN; and everything conducive to it.

But NAMA takes care of everybody; in appropriate manner.

STRESS AND BLACK MONEY: DR. SHRINIWAS KASHALIKAR
The governments all over the world keep on giving statistics; on the basis of their parameters; about the crimes and black money in different countries. Some of us; grieve about crimes and black money. But in general; we do not go to the roots of crimes and black money and may develop either guilt (as we too may be “criminals” and own “black” money
); or helplessness (as we cannot act against these). This causes STRESS.

Should we not go to the roots of crimes and black money and stop getting bogged down by the smart and callous or the shallow and populist elements (inside and outside), which causes STRESS?

1.Let us understand; that our perspective, policies, laws, rules, conventions, traditions, motivations, urges, aspirations, ambitions, habits; in personal and social life; determine the degree to which our higher self governs our lower self. In personal life; this determines the values which we nurture and are governed by; and in society; it determines our leadership in different fields; which we adore and get governed by.

2.The degree of appropriateness of constitution, laws, rules and the expenditure of the taxes; administered by us and/or our leaders in turn; determine; the degree of justice, peace, harmony; and the honest and timely tax payment and honest tax collection; or generation of black money; and DARKER money amassed through; cheating, misguiding, swindling, stealing, exploiting, robbing, adulteration, extortion, bribing and other devious means (e.g. through laws, rules, statutes such as SEZ (Special Economic Zone) , and unjust land acquisition).

3. It is said by the immortal visionaries; that when all the spiritual, religious, philosophical, ideological and strategic efforts; are funneled into perspective, policies, plans and programs of individual and global blossoming; through NAMASMARAN (JAAP, JAP, JIKRA, SIMARAN, SUMIRAN i.e. remembrance of true self); by billions of people; the crimes and black money i.e. STRESSORS inside and outside would subside.

HOLISTIC RENAISSANCE: ILLUSION OR REALITY? DR SHRINIWAS KASHALIKAR
Is there any truth in the vision and dreams depicted in religious, philosophical and creative literature, poetry and movies and the sermons on ethics, nonviolence and obedience; given in schools, colleges and elsewhere?

Is holistic renaissance a utopia of some unusually sensitive people?

The present APPARENT scenario of the ind
iscriminate, malevolent, malicious and vicious violence and crimes; creates doubt about everything noble and divine!

But the divinity is hidden deep within masked by hype and our superficial perceptions. We can experience this blissful and victorious reality of holistic renaissance; through NAMASMARAN (JAAP, JAP, JIKRA, SIMARAN, SUMIRAN i.e. reorienting to our true self).

न्याय, शांतता, सम्यक उत्थान; वगैरे बाबी अती हळव्या लोकांचे स्वप्नरन्जन आहे का?

आपण नामस्मरणाच्या द्वारे ह्रुदयन्गम असे सम्यक उत्थान अनुभवू शकतो.

HOW CAN I HELP OTHERS? -- DR SHRINIWAS KASHALIKAR
I am a poor person. I am uneducated and I am unwell.
How can I help others; through money, education, food etc?
How can I be benevolent?

Truly benevolent activity is that, in which there is no loser. Every one is winner. There is no deception or self deception. There is no harm to self or others. There is injustice to self or others. In fact there i
s individual global blossoming and realization of immortal truth!

Such truly benevolent activity easily possible for any body and everybody; advised by the immortal visionaries; is; NAMASMARAN (JAP, JIKRA, JAAP, JAP, SUMIRAN, SIMARAN i.e. remembrance of true self).
Just as oxygen is essential for survival; NAMASMARAN (JAP, JIKRA, JAAP, JAP, SUMIRAN, SIMARAN i.e. remembrance of true self); is essential for true fulfillment as human being.

पैसा, अन्न, विद्या, शारीरिक सेवा याना मर्यादा असतात. मीच गरीब, अडाणी आणि आजारी असेंन तर कोणते सत्कार्य आणि कसे करावे?

ज्या कार्यात आपण फसत नाही, ज्यामध्ये पश्चात्ताप होत नाही, ज्यामध्ये कोणताही धोका/विषारी परिणाम नाहीत, तसेच ज्यामुळे कुणाचेही नुकसान होत नाही, कुणावर अन्याय होत नाही; ते सत्कार्य. किंबहुना ज्याच्याद्वारे स्वत:चे व संपूर्ण विश्वाचे कल्याण (यत्किन्चित प्रमाणात का असेना); साध्य होते; ते सत्कार्य. ज्याद्वारे आपण सत्य जाणतो, आणि सत्स्वरूप होतो; ते सत्कार्य!

आपण कोणत्याही परिस्थितीत असलो तरी; असे जे सत्कार्य करू शकतो; ते अजरामर झालेल्या महापुरुशानी जाणून; आपले अन्तर्याम ओळखण्यासाठी; आणि अंतरयामीचे सामर्थ्य मिळवून स्रुजनशीलता प्रगट करण्यासाठी; नामस्मरणाचा (जप, जाप, सुमीरण, सिमाराण, जिक्र; म्हणजेच परमात्मसमरणाचा) मार्ग दाखविला.

जगण्यासाठी प्राण वायू जसा अत्यावश्यक आहे; तसे मनुष्य जीवन कृतार्थ करण्यासाठी नामस्मरणाद्वारे अंतरयामीचे नवचैतन्य मिळवणे आणि आपल्या सदसद्विवेक बुद्धीला न्याय देणे; अत्यावश्यक आहे.

Q. Why should we start our day, and our work with God's name?

A. God's name is actually the other word for the governing principle of the whole universe and everything in it.

When we remember the name of God, there is a greater chance of our petty selfish thinking and motivations; getting freed to become universally benevolent.

This blossoms
out entire being and makes us the very source of eternal bliss.

DHARMA embodies; cultivation and culmination of body, instincts, emotions, intelligence and perspective; into true self; and the distortion, disruption, degradation and degeneration of this process (due to impotence) is ADHARMA.

Lord Krishna (truth personified) therefore; advises Arjuna (the mankind in the grip of such impotence) to; get
rid of this impotence, rise and reactivate the process of cultivation and culmination; of body, instincts, emotions, intelligence and perspective; into true self (DHARMA).

Corruption is the ubiquitous impotence and consequent ADHARMA.
Impotence leads to ADHARMA and ADHARMA leads to impotence.

Dropping this impotence and bravely practicing and propagating NAMASMARAN (JAP, JAAP, JIKRA, SUMIRAN, SIMARAN i.e. self recollection); are mutual catalysts. They are crucial to; DHARMA i.e. the cultivation and culmination; of body, instincts, emotions, intelligence and perspective (by making them holistic); into true self.

WHY DO WE FEEL LONELY? DR. SHRINIWAS KASHALIKAR

From the state of "water" we gradually get solidified into "ice". We become petty and restricted; during daily hustle bustle of life. Hence we feel lonely. Through NAMASMARAN (JAP, JAAP, JIKRA, SUMIRAN, SIMARAN i.e. self recollection); we get "vaporized"; and are "spread out and mingled". Hence we don't feel lonely.

But one has to verify this.

अकेलापन क्यों खाने को दौड़ता है?
जिंदगीकी भागदौडमे; हम पानी से बर्फ बनते है; एकदेशीय बनते हैl संकुचित बनते हैl इसलिए अकेलापन खाने को दौड़ता हैl नामस्मरण (जप, जाप, जिक्र, सुमिरन, सिमरन; जिसे आत्मस्मरण कह सकते है) से; हम पानीसे बाश्प बनते है. सर्वदेशीय बनते हैl घुल मिल जाते हैl फिर; अकेले होकर भी अकेलापन महसूस नही होताl

लेकिन यह करके देखना होगाl
