TIME AND STRESS: DR. SHRINIWAS KASHALIKAR

Due to lack of realization of cosmic self, we are unable to �see� the uniting and consolidating global conscience and the dawn of spiritual renaissance. So, we keep on revolving around petty self, children, relatives, groups, parties, religions and so on!

We keep on �living� in insecurity and ignorance; and all evils associated. This is especially disastrous; if we are global leaders in different fields; and think and work; in a sectarian, prejudiced, and inimical manner!

Due to lack of growth from within; and failure to realize our transtemporal cosmic nature; we are unable to �live� in cosmic consciousness, though we preach; such �cosmic nature�!

It appears; that through NAMASMARAN; we can transcend the influence of metabolic, endocrine, autonomic and central nervous activities; and the realm of time! But this is not as easy as it appears; and often we have to go through ordeals that are difficult to face! We are thrown in turmoils and tribulations; even by minor inflictions!
