Opsoclonus1 is a high amplitude, arrhythmic, oscillatory conjugate movement of eye with frequent association with myoclonus that is sudden jerky muscle twitches either localized or generalized. OMS also presents with other cerebellar malfunctions such as truncal and appendicular ataxia, scanning speech etc. OMS with falciparum malaria have been described. 2,3 We report a case of OMS in a case of mixed malaria infection. (+ve P. Falciparun and P. Vivax)
